TCE Youth Volunteers
Join The Community Effect in our mission to empower the next generation and make a positive impact, enabling all youth of the community to reach their full potential.
All adults interested in volunteering with youth must undergo a thorough vetting process.
1. Fill out the Youth Volunteer application. 2. Pass a full criminal background check. 3. Review with and approved by TCE staff.
TCE staff will have the sole power discretion in selecting adults to be approved for Youth Volunteering. Passing a background check does not guarantee approval. TCE staff will consider references and public information to make their decision.
All adults who genuinely want to make a positive impact are welcome and encouraged to apply to be a youth volunteer. TCE upholds a strict non-discrimination policy, and no applicants will be denied unfairly.

The Community Effect offers free, year-round community-based and school-based activities for all youth in the community.
This includes school-based activities during the school day, which are free for schools and youth to participate in. In addition, there are monthly youth activities and volunteer opportunities available.

The Community Effect actively seeks and applies for grants and other funding opportunities to provide new experiences and programs that benefit the community. TCE welcomes collaboration with the community and its members to create new opportunities for youth. Together, we can make a positive impact and offer enriching experiences for all.
