The Community Effect is dedicated to serving the entire community.
Adults with disabilities and senior citizens far too often are lacking opportunities to fully integrate and participate in community life. TCE recognizes the importance of providing inclusive and accessible activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of these individuals.
